Vantage Services was formed out of the desire of the Directors to create a services that does what it says on the tin. The directors have over 25 years experience in commercial cleaning and often see customers accept poor service and industry excuses, Vantage Services are here to challenge these failings.
The business is based on great customer service and investment in training and support for the cleaning staff that Vantage Services employs.
This is then supported by the latest technology and management systems to monitor performance.
In the provision of this service, Vantage has gained many well known branded customers that will provide referrals on request.
The Vantage Services Directors and Managers will not lose the physical onsite presence and will not hide behind reporting and technology. Vantage Services aims to set up a cycle of cleaning that meets the customers needs but is continually reviewed as we understand that things change.

We use the right balance of tech and online - onsite reporting software. We use time and attendance systems to ensure staff compliance.
We test all new machines and test suitability to ensure compliance in the cleaning services.
We fully support staff and use incentives in pay for attendance and performance. Our staff come first, we look after them and they look after our customers.
Where ever possible and viable we take advantage of the best performing cleaning chemical and disposable processes. Whether its trackers or electric vehicles we aim to reduce our own carbon footprint as well as our customers environmental impact.
Even with all of the solutions delivered from tech and process to manage a service contract, we still maintain that onsite service contact is paramount. We don't waive performance reports, SLI or KPI's scores, we get back on site and make sure it happens and communicate what we have done.
